Pokhara Finance announces book close from 27th Jestha for its upcoming AGM

Pokhara Finance has decided to conduct its 21st on 5^th Ashard. The meeting will be held at Durbarchowk Banquet, Pokhara. The shareholder's book will remain closed from 27th Jestha to 5th Ashard, 2075 for the stated purpose. 

Agendas :

• Issuance of 8.26% bonus shares.
• Issuing an audited financial report of the fiscal years 2073/74
• Appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75 and appointment of new directors.
• Amendment in the authorized, issued and paid-up of the company and required amendment to be made in MOA and AOA.

The company has recorded a decline in the net profit by 7.05%. EPS stands at Rs 11.83 and the net worth per share at Rs 153.29
