Prabhu Bank extends the deadline for 40% right issue; Applicants get 10 more days to apply

Prabhu bank has extended the deadline to apply for 40% right shares by 10 days. As per the noticed published today, Applicants can now apply for the right shares up to 23rd Falgun. Previously, 13th Falgun was specified as the last date for the stated issue. 

Right issue of Prabhu bank commenced from Magh 7th (Jan 21st, 2018). Shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose are eligible to apply for right share. The shareholders book will closed on 21st Poush 2074. 

SEBON granted an approval for the stated purpose on Poush 6th. 

Sunrise Capital is the issue manager for the right issue. 

Prabhu Bank is issuing 2.35 crore unit right shares at a face value of Rs 100. The company currently has a paid-up capital of Rs  5.88 arba. The capital will meet the required capital requirement after the right issue.
