Premier Insurance Co. Ltd announces 13.52% bonus shares

The BOD meeting held on poush 24, 2074 has announced 13.52% bonus shares to its shareholders and also 36.6 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose. 

Recently, Premier Insurance had issued 6.59 lakh units FPO at Rs 799 per unit. NMB capital was appointed as an issue manager for this purpose. Those investors who will be allotted FPO will be also eligible for bonus shares

The company current paid-up capital is 44.8 crore which will increase to 51.44 crore after listing of FPO. Providing 13.52% bonus shares paid-up capital will hike to more than 58 crore.
