Purnima Bikas Bank announces book closure for AGM; To endorse 19.19% bonus shares

Purnima Bikas Bank Ltd has announced book closure for the purpose of its 10^th AGM on poush 14, 2074. Shareholders holding shares before the day of book closure i.e until poush 13 will be entitle for receiving 19.19% bonus shaes. The company will distribute 1.01% cash dividend for tax purpose.
