Salt Trading Corporation announces book closure for AGM; to endorse 25% bonus and 10% cash dividend

Salt trading corporation has announced Falgun 8th, 2074 as book closure for 51th AGM. The company will have its AGM on Falgun 22, 2074.

The company will approve 25% bonus share and 10% cash dividend in the AGM. Shareholders owning the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible for the dividend. 

STC was last traded for Rs 280 in the stock exchange.
