Shangrila Development Bank announce book close; issuance of 2.50% bonus share and 9.30% cash dividend

Shangrila Development Bank has decided to conduct its 13th AGM on Ashard 17. The meeting will be held at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at11:00 AM. The shareholder's book will remain closed from Ashard 4  to  Ashard 17, 2075 for the purpose of issuing 2.50 bonus share and 9.30 cash dividend. 

Agendas :

• Issuance of 9.30% cash dividend and 2.50 bonus share.
• Issuing an audited financial report of the fiscal years 2073/74
• Appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75 and appointment of new directors.
