Shree Investment and Finance calls 23rd AGM on 22nd Ashad ; Bookclose for 26.57% bonus on 4th Ashad

The 266th Board meeting of the company held on 27th Jestha has decided to conduct the company's 23rd AGM on following date :

Date   : 22nd Ashad, 2075 (6th July, 2018)

Time   : 10 am 

Venue : Amrit Bhog Caters Pvt. Ltd. , Kalikasthan,  Kathmandu 

The board meeting has also decided to close the shareholders book on 4th Ashad, 2075. Only the shareholders having their names in the book will be eligible to participate in the AGM and grab the dividend.

Main Agenda :

• Endorse 26.57% stock dividend. 
• Discussion over the financial statement.
• Election of BoD.
• Amendment in MOA and AOA.  
• Appointment of Auditor.
