Siddhartha bank Ltd. announces book close for 14% bonus share; Book closure on Falgun 20

Siddhartha Bank Ltd announces book closure for the purpose of its upcoming AGM and  14% bonus shares. The shareholders' book will remain closed on Falgun 20, 2074 for the stated purpose. Shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible for the right shares. 

SBL has been issuing  10% right shares from Falgun2, 2074 to Chaitra 6, 2074.Laxmi Capital Ltd has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issue. 

The current paid-up capital of SBL is 6.82 arba which will surge to 8.47 arba after 10% right issue and 14% bonus share

The company was last traded for Rs 358 in the stock exchange.
