Srijana Finance announces book close on Jestha 6th for SGM ; to endorse 60% right share

Srijana Finance has called an SGM on Jestha 12th 2075. The shareholders book will remain closed from Jestha 6th for the same purpose. The meeting will be held in Morang Byapar Sangh, Biratnagar at 11 am on 12th of Jestha. 

The major agenda for the meeting includes the endorsement of 60% right share to the shareholders. The meeting will also discuss regarding the expansion in area of business and provide approval for the company to work as an insurance agent.
