Swarojgar Laghubitta announces book closure; Book close on Ashard 28

As endorsed by the 9th AGM of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sastha, the company is all set to float 100% right shares for the eligible shareholders. The company will issuing 12,24,977  units right shares to its shareholders.

As per the notice published, the shareholder's book will remain closed from  Ashad 28, 2075. Thus, the shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible for the right shares.
