Synergy Finance announces book close to issue 25% right share; Book close on Jestha 30

Synergy Finance Limited has announced a book close date for 1:0.25 right share.

The company's shareholders book will close on Jestha 30, 2075 for the purpose of right share. The shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible for the 25% right issue.

Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue. 

Synergy Finance paid-up capital will hike to Rs 59.30 crores after the right issue. The process of  acquisition of Synergy Finance is on the process by the Best Finance Company,
