Taragaon Regency proposed dividend for the first time; shareholders to get 7%

Taragaon hotel, one of the hotels listed in nepal stock exchange has proposed to give 7% cash dividend to its shareholders. the company has also decided to give additional cash for tax purpose. The BoD meeting of taragaon hotel has proposed 7.368% cash dividend. 

It is the first time the company will provide return to its shareholders. shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclosure will be eligiblefor the cash dividend. The bookclosure date is yet to be announced by the company. 

Taragaon Regency Hotel had earned a net profit of  Rs 28.07 crore as of 4th quater 2073/74. The EPS stood at Rs 14.88. The shares of TRH was last traded at Rs 320
