United Insurance announces book close for its 24th AGM; Proposed 240% right issue excludes from the agenda

United Insurance has decided to conduct its 24th AGM on 2nd Jestha . The meeting will be at 10 am in Karki Banquet, Kathmandu. The shareholder's book will remain closed from 13th Jestha to 27th Jestha, 2075 for the stated purpose. 

Agendas :

• Issuing an audited financial report of the fiscal year 2073/74
• Appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75

Though the company board meeting held on Baishak 2, 2075  has announced 240% right shares to reach its required capital, this subject has not been included in this agenda. The paid-up capital of United insurance will hike to Rs 1.02 arba after the right issue.

The company has recorded a massive increment in the net profit by 103.74%. EPS stands at Rs 40.56 and the net worth per share at Rs 168.59
