Unnati Microfinance AGM amends the proportion of Right issue; to float 20% right share soon
The 3rd AGM of Unnati microfinance has amended the proportion of right issue. The AGM has decreased the percentage of right issue to 20%. The company's 102nd BoD meeting had previously proposed 25% right share to its shareholders.
3rd AGM has approved the right shares worth Rs 1.1 crores (i.e. 20% of 5.50 crores) and will be distributed by the company to its shareholders. Unnati Microfinance currently has a paid up capital of Rs 5.50 crores. It had recently floated an IPO of Rs 1.65 crores. Unnati's Paid-up capital will escalate to Rs 6.875 crores after the right issue.
Unnati had earned a decent net profit of Rs 1.16 crores in the 2nd quarter of fy 2074/75.
