Unnati Microfinance right shares added in SEBON pipeline; to issue 5:1 right shares.

Unnati Microfinance's 1.1 lakh right shares have been added to SEBON pipeline for the approval.

The company has decided to distribute shares to its existing shareholders in the ratio of 5:1.

Siddhartha capital is appointed as an issue manager for this purpose.

The paid-up capital of the company will reach 6.6 crore after the capitalization of right shares.
