Nepal Life Insurance earns a net profit of Rs 43.57 crores in Q3; reports a growth of 6.37%
Nepal Life Insurance has published the 3rd quarter report for the current fiscal year.
As per the report, the company has earned a net profit of Rs 43.57 crores. The same was Rs 40.96 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. NLIC currently has an EPS of Rs 13.21
NLIC has collected a net premium of Rs 10.69 arba , the same was Rs 7.81 arba last year. Similarly, the net claims throughout the period amounted to Rs 3.70 arba, up from Rs 1.94 arba in the previous year. The company has 11.12 lakh policies , the same was 10.24 lakh last year. An overall growth is seen in major indicators of the company.
Nepal LIfe Insurance Company paid a heavy fee of Rs 1.27 arba to the agents. The same amounted to Rs 72.97 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous fy.
NLIC currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 4.39 arba with a general reserve of hefty Rs 3.48 arba.
